UNO Staff Council
Annual Holiday Food Drive

The UNO Staff Council conducted a very successful Holiday Food Drive from November 28 through December 11, 2006. Second Harvest Food Bank received the donation of 775 pounds of food, which translates to more 605 meals, plus $70 in cash. Staff Council thanks everyone who contributed.

Every year Staff Council donates non-perishable items to be distributed by Second Harvest Food Bank. Collection boxes are set out at specified locations. UNO Property Control and Office Supplies staff lend their support with delivery and pick up of the food boxes. In lieu of non-perishables, checks can be written to Second Harvest.
